| The Sims 3 is due to come out this year and I would like to ask everyone, even non-sims players, what would you like to see on it. Please don't start arguing because I can see the potential for an argument on this! I would love to see not a verona this time but a Venice, where instead of taxi's you get water bus's! I think it would be so cool! The riviara would be a commercial lot, It would rock! | |

| Different cultures. Japanese, African, British (most houses are American-themed), Russian, Swedish...
Perhaps even Medieval and Roman-esque buildings? That's the next big leap in terms of building options for me.

| I'd like to see Ikea in it. Then we wouldn't need an expansion pack. But eating their swedish meatballs will have to make you ill and take a few days off work. that'll teach you! | |

| I have some info about the new built in neighbourhoods: Neighborhood Continuity The neighborhood shipping in The Sims 3 is Sunset Valley.[1] A second neighborhood will be available as a free download on The Sims Exchange when you register the game.[2] In an interview with producer Ben Bell and members from the EA forum in UK it's written "He said that the neighbourhood itself is set before the neighbourhood we see in The Sims, as if it's a prequel to the story we already know. He said the Goths[3] are in the town, as their younger selves obviously as well as other familiar names and faces. Lots of new characters too."[4] Mrs. Crumplebottom will make an appearance as her younger self in the game and players will discover that the source of her crabbiness is due to the death of her husband who features as a ghost. [5] Other families established in the game are the Landgraabs which are a very affluent family; the new Alto family, the Keaton household, the Wolff family, the Hart family and the Ursine household. Kaylynn Langerak in a child in The Sims 3 and lives in a big house with her family. She loves to clean Since the neighborhood will be going back in time 25 years, the stories from The Sims 2 such as Cassandra's love-life and Bella's disappearance will not be answered. source: http://sims.wikia.com/wiki/The_Sims_3It sounds well good! Better than the Sims 2 neighbourhoods! I CAN'T WAIT! | |

| I do want it, but like Adam said, most computers won't have the capacity to run this! Especially our steaming, beeping, waffle making pile of poop of a PC! It's enough to play regular Sims2 though... so it's good for now... and I'll probably get it 6 months or so after Sims 3 comes out. That will give us time to get a new PC at a reasonable price. | |

| Sims 3 sounds a good game!
But I think quite a few people won't be able to play it if it needs a massive amount of RAM, me included!

| I'd be suprised if mine couldn't run it. It will only need 1GB as a minimum requirement, and 2GB as a reccomended amount. Remember; The Sims 3 isn't for people who have high specifications, its for casual gamers. | |

| If you mean my laptop... then *stick tongue out* Look.... google Toshiba Tera m9 ptm90E You will see the specs. NOW! match them up with mine... there are all wrong. I suspect that my laptop was bought on not through Toshiba. (my dad bought it so every one knows what that means... if not, he never buys anything LEGIT, he copies the legit software then cracks it.... seriously WT!!)
If it is about (Now) Rachel and Becky's computer... My dad put it together. the components inside it conflict with each other... there is no space inside the computer we have a mother board that never turns off (unless you unplug it by mains) the graphics card is ATI and he says (it good enough for them) who seriously buys a video editing card for a kids PC, we need nvidia.. bu that is another story.
the motherboard is asus. the RAM is CORSAIR, the fans are chassis (i have disabled them because they broke a while after he had them) and then he buys a case for it that doesn't even match....
enough said.
oh, one more thing... Sims 3 loads the whole neighbor hood so if you walk to a park, there is no loading.. you see him or her walk to the park. AND it is always good to have better than the recommended amount.. you can never have enough ram or hard drive space.
which brings me off topic.
The new MAC OS X snow leopard can hold up to a theoretically 16tb of ram. YAY!

| The first part of your post is irrelivant and will be edited down.
However the last part that is on topic is true. I may have to increase my RAM...
